2.1 Local Singapore Home Delivery
Free door delivery for orders over SGD 80 (all mainland Singapore zones)
Orders under SGD 80: Base shipping fee SGD 4 for the first 1kg, extra SGD 1.5 per additional 1kg
Remote surcharge for offshore islands: Flat SGD 3 per order (no free-shipping threshold)
2.2 Self Pick-up at Courier Stores / Smart Lockers
Free pick-up for orders over SGD 180
Flat SGD 6 shipping fee for orders below SGD 180
Weight Calculation Rule
Shipping cost is calculated based on the greater value of actual weight or volumetric weight.
Volumetric Weight Formula: Length(cm) × Width(cm) × Height(cm) ÷ 6000
Maximum weight limit per parcel: 5kg

3. Order Processing & Delivery Time
Dispatch Time: All orders will be arranged for shipment within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Singapore public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Transit Time Reference
- Local Singapore: 1–3 working days
- Mainland China: 3–7 working days
- International Standard Mail: 7–14 working days
- International Express: 2–5 working days
Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, adverse weather or courier operational issues, which are outside our reasonable control.
4. Important Shipping Terms
Shipping Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend delivery to high-risk countries/regions with strict customs restrictions without prior notice.
Customs Duties, GST & Taxes
For cross-border and international shipments, all import tax, customs duty, GST and clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We will not cover any customs-related charges.
Undeliverable Parcels
If parcels are returned due to incorrect address, unreachable recipient or refusal to pay customs fees, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
Parcel Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once the parcel is dispatched. You may track shipment status via the official courier website.
